overweight:(

Just when I thought i'm in shape. Well I am not!!! And I feel so flabby and heavy inside. Well, before it’s too late I need to set a goal… lose my excess lbs. How? See my itinerary below:

My workout schedule:

MWF: Cardiovascular Exercise
T/W: Badminton with Shenggie
Sat: Golf/Driving Range
Sat/Sun: Swimming

I just hope that all of those routine would make me fit again… Actually, I am feeling a lot lighter now and I am looking for next month for a basketball tournament. Your MVP was invited to play with Accenture.

Whooooo… lots of sweat but lots of fun.
