The Game of Golf

Just when you thought that hitting the ball is that easy. Well, you're wrong!!! It takes a lot of patience, dedication and discipline to actually play the game of golf. Distance, accuracy and control are the key in playing golf. Always remember this... practice makes us a better player.

So go out and hit the driving range weekly. You'll love it:)

Just when I thought i'm in shape. Well I am not!!! And I feel so flabby and heavy inside. Well, before it’s too late I need to set a goal… lose my excess lbs. How? See my itinerary below:

My workout schedule:

MWF: Cardiovascular Exercise
T/W: Badminton with Shenggie
Sat: Golf/Driving Range
Sat/Sun: Swimming

I just hope that all of those routine would make me fit again… Actually, I am feeling a lot lighter now and I am looking for next month for a basketball tournament. Your MVP was invited to play with Accenture.

Whooooo… lots of sweat but lots of fun.

Guess what? I am working late at my GF's office. We just ordered MCDO for our dinner and started to work with the help of their wi-fi. Hmmm.. a lot faster than my dial-up. Cool! ;)

We aRe thE ChaMpiOns!!!

Unbeaten in 4 outings going to the finals, we bagged the Championship Title with a clean slate of 5-0.

It was a grueling first half, down by almost double digits in the first 5 minutes but soon regained composure and just narrows it down to 2 points at the end of the first quarter. Hmmmm… Hangover really took toll on us from our last night Sales and CSO Christmas Party… But fate has it that we deserve to win the title in spite of all the changes in the game format and referees. I myself was playing hurt for the last 7 minutes but my sprained left ankle did not stop me from finishing the game... thanks to the cheering and chanting of Team MDi. And most specially to my inspiration, My sHenGGie who urge me to go on:)

Whew, what a way to cap the year!!! We also won the Xmas Party Group Presentation:)

Btw, yours truly was named MVP.

I went to Podium last night as I need to check on something at Optical Works.

Just when I'm about leave to fetch my sHenGGie from work, I saw these big SALE posters across Buffalo Shop...

And so I went inside, to check on their denim jeans and end up buying two pairs.
